Active Culture Tunisian Evening

Every second Thursday we organise an intercultural evening at Jugendwerk, a project we call “Active Culture”. You can read more about it by going to the Active Culture page on this blog. Last Thursday, 8th November, Rachid from Tunisia treated us to a Tunisian themed evening with some amazing Tunisian food and info about the traditions and cultures of his home country. Lots of people turned up and we all enjoyed a delicious meal and had some interesting discussions about Tunisian politics and the effects of the revolution during the Arab Spring. It was great to see lots of new faces and everyone having a good time!
